Online exhibition of Dorit Ringart’s watercolors inspired by Virginia Woolf’s novel "To the Lighthouse"

Dorit Ringart is an Israeli artist. Her parents were born in Lodz and lived there until 1950, when they immigrated to Israel. She is a graduate of the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem, and holds an MA in the History of Art, Tel Aviv University. Dorit Ringart was teaching Drawing and Printmaking and was lecturing on Contemporary Art at Oranim College of Education till 2020. Dorit Ringart’s works can be found in private collections, in the archives of the Israel Museum, Jerusalem, and in the Museum of Contemporary Art, Haifa. She is a member of the Tel Aviv Institute of Contemporary Psychoanalysis, where she is the head of the interdisciplinary group of Psychoanalysis and Art.
